Regular work parties take place every Wednesday from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. and every second Saturday of the month from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. until Oct. 12 and then start up again in February next year. During the 2nd Saturday work parties we usually bring a lunch to share. Hardy farmers work in all kinds of weather. Gloves, waterproof shoes, own drinking water, sunscreen, raingear and a hat are recommended.
On the Society section the work parties follow a workplan and are led by at least one farmer. There is the opportunity to rotate with five farmers, thus providing you with a diverse learning experience. Please see Directions for a map to the farm. We look forward to meeting you.
