Preserving Pollinators: Issues, Identification, and Planting (June 17-18)
Topics include the unique ecology of Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands, bee and butterfly biology and identification, monitoring for pollinators, and restoring habitat for pollinators with native plants. The workshop is for naturalists, farmers, gardeners, students, and land managers; anyone that would like to better understand our diverse pollinator communities and how you can help them.
