We’ve been working hard to put together a truly rich and diverse program of study for our EcoFarm students, and have a sample program for you to take a look at. We’re all pretty excited about it!

The classes cover a huge range of topics, from ethnobotany, to planning your farm business, to Coast Salish food systems, to growing food for special diets. There’s lots of hands-on practice: propagation, fermentation, pruning, cooking, meadowscaping… and field trips to the many local farms,  sites of ethnographic interest, and food production & marketing locations that bring the coursework to life.
