Like all that’s happened this year, who could have predicted wildfire smoke from south of the border would get in the way of a work party?
Nevertheless… We did have a good crew of workers, some from the neighbourhood and some from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. We got a lot of cleanup done: seeds saved, weeds pulled and the ground readied for some cover crop planting.
Next work party is planned for Saturday October 10, but we’ll confirm that nearer the date.
